TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
The use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions as listed below. Your use of this website and any purchase order made indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Velogear reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering or registering on Velogear you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting us at info.jkdsports@gmail.com and we will remove you from marketing communications.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
For returns of faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, original and return shipping fees will be covered by JKD Sports.
For information on creating a return prepaid label and where to drop off a parcel you are returning, please contact our returns department email info.jkdsports@gmail.com. Please visit our returns policy for further information regarding returns and refunds.
WARRANTIES AND REPAIRS
All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of JKD Sports. Each manufacturer provides its own warranty periods and these will vary for each product.
All repairs and inspections are carried out by the manufacturer and not by JKD. In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. Velogear cannot control the availability of parts or replacement goods.
JKD has no control over manufacturer repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will however do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, JKD will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
JKD will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
STOCK & AVAILAIBILTY
Many of the items we sell are End of Line, Run-out or Superseded and may be available in very limited quantities. While we endeavour to ensure all promotional items are in stock at the time of advertising there may be occasions when an item has sold out.
In the event that an item (either promotional or regular stock) has sold out we may do one of the following:- (a) offer a rain check on that item, (b) offer an acceptable substitute product or (c) take other corrective action. We will of course email you prior to dispatch of any alterations to your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 2.5% * (merchant fee) plus a fee of $4.90 - $9.90 (re-stock and administration fee) if a refund is required. If a store credit is required no cancellation fee will be charged.
* A merchant fee of 2.5% is applied to all Paypal, Credit Card and Afterpay transactions. This fee is non-refundable and helps us recover the costs we’re charged by these payment providers.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS BY BUYERS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or error. Customers are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods should there be a problem. If you believe there may be an issue with an item you received, please do not remove any of the tags/labelling.

All content on our website including but not limited to logos, images, copy, text and general layout is protected by copyright and may not be used without express permission from us or any relevant third party copyright owners.
We do our best to ensure that all information on our website is accurate at the time of publication however we do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and are not responsible for any errors or omissions. In addition we are not responsible for the opinions and behaviour of suppliers and are not liable for any offensive conduct or defamatory statements on their part
