We offer returns on orders within 60 days. Orders can be returned for a refund up to 30 days and 60 days for an online store credit. Please visit our returns and shipping policy for further information.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer click and collect. We are an online small family business and we currently do not have stores to try on/view items. We only have one warehouse and all orders are dispatched from our warehouse via Australia post.

While JKD Sports strives to offer competitive prices and a full Australian warranty, we cannot guarantee price matches. However, you can email us with a link or photo of the competitor's product, and we will do our best to assist you.

Whilst we attempt to hold every item on our website in stock, due to high volume turnover and human error we occasionally run out of stock in some lines. All of our suppliers are located within Australia. Re-stocking usually only takes 1-3 working days and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with all your shipping details once it has left our warehouse. If your order is taking longer than expected please contact us to look into it further for you as soon as possible.

Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items for change of mind where the product is not faulty.
