DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on orders over $149.99
* Please note this excludes large, bulky oversized items such as Scooters, Full face helmets, Boxing bags, racks etc
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne,Victoria and we use Australia post to deliver all items. Orders are generally dispatched either the same day or within 1-3 working days.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-4 working days of receiving your SHIPPED email, NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and delays out of our control may occur with Postal and Courier services.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you require Express post, please send us an email at jkdsports.info@gmail.com for a quote.
REGISTED INSURANCE:
We offer registered insurance starting from 99c. This covers your order if it is lost or damaged whilst in transit.
ATL (Authority to leave) POLICY:
All orders require a signature upon delivery or they are taken to your local post office. If you choose to leave the parcel in a safe place, please know you do so at your own risk as we take no responsibility for parcels requested to be left in a safe place.
REFUSALS & REDIRECTIONS:
If your order has been dispatched and you refuse the parcel from our courier company when they arrive at your destination or redirect the parcel back to us please note you will be charged the fee that our courier company charges us for the return. These fees start from $12.95
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please send us an email at jkdsports.info@gmail.com and we will respond back to you asap with our returns address and details.
All returned items must be in original, as purchased condition with packaging and all tags attached.
Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag - Do not attach address labels directly to the product box or item.
Please include a copy of your order to ensure a smooth return process.
We offer returns on items up to 60 days.
Refunds - Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund for the amount paid for the item.
Store credit - Items can be returned within 60 days for an online store credit for the amount paid for the item.
Exchanges - No exchanges.
Any items marked CLEARANCE cannot be returned.
We do not refund or credit shipping fees.
If you received free shipping on your order and return an item/items which brings the order below the free shipping threshold there is a $9.99 shipping deduction fee.
* A merchant fee of 2.5% is applied to all Paypal, Credit Card and Afterpay refund transactions. This fee is non-refundable and helps us recover the costs we’re charged by these payment providers.
