The Morgan punch paddles are purposely designed to reduce wrist, elbow and hand injury because of constant padding drills. Using the punch paddles makes for a healthier and much more efficient way of training. The pair of punch paddles are hand-stitched and crafted for speed and combo drilling. They have multiple layers of slabbed closed-cell foam padding which are then compressed to form a thick slab of shock-absorbent padding.
